[edit] Same package, but with a patch?

  • ProgramXYZ 1.2 unpatched
  • ProgramXYZ 1.2 with patchABC
  • ProgramXYZ 1.2 with patchDEF



  • Can a naming convention be created for this?
    • I'm not sure that there will be several versions with different patches, but perhaps there could be a "vanilla" version, i.e. Foo--1.2-vanilla, for the packagerecipe without patches.
