Performs all sorts of sanity checks in a recipe.

RecipeLint <recipe-file>
[edit] Options
- -h, --help - Show this help.
- --version - Show program version.
- -v, --verbose - Enable verbose mode.
- -t, --thorough - Perform thorough URL/file testing (don't use cache).
- -D, --quick-and-dirty - Cut some corners (don't download files, etc; not recommended).
- -W, --no-web - Fully offline operation (not recommended).
